Cancellations received in writing up to 4 weeks before the conference date will be issued a full credit voucher to be applied to another Spectra event within 12 months. Cancellations received in writing later than 4 weeks before the conference date will receive a credit voucher, less a £200 administration fee, to be applied to another Spectra event within 12 months.
